Construction of energy units

Design & Build
We handle project construction using the Design & Build method where, with the investor’s cooperation, we take responsibility for the concept’s design, project documentation processing, including engineering, up to the actual construction.
In cooperation with our clients, we place emphasis on the work’s execution and quality with an impact on low operating costs and sustainability throughout the life of the project.

Energy savings projects with a guarantee – EPC
We carry out energy saving projects with a guarantee using energy performance contracting (EPC), which includes the design of energy saving measures, their preparation and implementation, including providing project financing.
Contractually guaranteed savings in operating costs are monitored and assessed throughout the duration of the project through the EnMS. The achieved financial savings are used to repay the initial investment.
